This website (referred to as the “Site”) is owned and managed by KINGDOM SCHOLARS or one of its affiliated entities (referred to as “KS,” “us,” or “we”). By using or accessing this Site, you are agreeing to abide by the subsequent terms and conditions (referred to as the “Terms of Use”) along with the stipulations outlined in our Privacy Notice, which is included in this agreement by reference (collectively known as this “Agreement”). We hold the right to modify any of these terms as deemed fit. If you do not consent to these Terms of Use, you are not permitted to access or utilize the Site or its services.

RESTRICTIONS

In compliance with the Federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), KS will refrain from intentionally requesting or receiving personally identifiable information from users who are under the age of thirteen (13). Should there be any usage involving individuals falling within this age group, the educational institution bears the responsibility of furnishing us with the personally identifiable information of the relevant user(s). This data is utilized for the purpose of delivering the Services to the educational institution and its users, ensuring alignment with our Privacy Notice and all applicable regulations.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during the process. You agree not to submit any content that is false, misleading, or infringes on the rights of any third party.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

KINGDOM SCHOLARS owns and/or is the authorized for all trademarks, logos, service marks and trade names (collectively the “Trademarks”) on the Site, and is the owner or licensee of the content and/or information on the Site. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, or pursuant to the Terms and Conditions, your use of the Site does not grant to you a license to any content or materials you may access on the Site. Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Site without our written permission or that of the third party rights holder.

COMMUNICATIONS TO KINGDOM SCHOLARS 

KINGDOM SCHOLARS encourages communication via email, but advises against sharing confidential information in emails. Our Privacy Notice outlines the personal data handling practices. Communications, like feedback and suggestions sent grant the the right to utilize ideas for any purpose, including product and service development. KINGDOM SCHOLARS isn’t liable for user-generated content and can remove content violating guidelines or being offensive.

We control and operate the Site from our offices in the United States of America.

REFUND POLICY

Incase of any issues or dissatisfaction of service, the customers hold the right to report to the respective personnel/representative, and they would be entitled for unlimited number of revisions till the satisfaction is assured by the company. Our customers are our top priority and so is their satisfaction. 

TERMS MODIFICATION

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
